New research by ServiceSeeking.com.au and the Housing Institute of Australia confirms what we have been experiencing over the last few weeks, that is, letters of notice that increases in the cost of building materials are on the way.
So that means now is the time to be planning and starting any renovations that you may be looking to do this year. In the last two weeks we have had notice that steel prices are rising by 6% for some items and that Colorbond will be increasing by more than 5% at the end of June.
It’s also a great time to line up tradies around the Easter break for smaller jobs and repairs that can completed quickly in the weeks that have public holidays.
So if you’re looking to create that new outdoor living area, fix the leaking roof or gutter, install a new stainless steel kitchen or add some decorative privacy screens around the pool we can help with matching products and tradesmen that can be relied on to turn up on time and do a great job.
If you’re needing some help with your design or don’t know who to turn to, get in touch with us through our contacts page, call on 07 5564 8200 or email us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to assist and if we can’t we’ll be able to introduce you to someone who can.
If you’re looking for some inspiration have a look at our gallery and our Pinterest page. We make all sorts of products for homes and commercial buildings from aluminium, stainless steel, copper, Corten, steel – galvanised and black and also use Colorbond and Zincalume.
Whilst we’re located on the Gold Coast we ship products all over Australia. So jump in now before the price rise hits.
