RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to a refund or exchange if product is faulty, different to that shown or described or not doing what it is supposed to do. Note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor and that is not a valid ground for exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number on receipt of product. If the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
Follow these simple steps for a prompt refund:
1.Obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org ;
2. Securely package item(s) in original packaging (including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.)
3. Include the packing list in the box.
4. Please write RA number on outside of package.For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
5. Once your return is received and verified, we will credit your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) or exchange the item usually within 14 business days of receipt.

Note: We only accept returns on items purchased from actionsheetmetal.com. Items purchased from another retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
Product is faulty if it is received by you damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following purchase. Damaged product as a result of normal wear and tear is not considered to be faulty. Product must be returned with all of its original packaging. Product that is soiled or does not contain all packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Product returned to us by courier/mail is sent at your own cost and risk. We recommend you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims.
We will refund your postage costs of a return if we determine the product is faulty, different to that shown or described or not doing what it is supposed to do. In this situation, where we send you replacement product, we will do so at our cost.

Ordering and Delivery
Action Sheetmetal & Roofing will ship your order the next business day, and deliver your order to your delivery address within the nominated delivery period. In most cases, this will be within 48 hours of your order, unless it is a custom order. Orders will be processed during normal Gold Coast (QLD) business hours between Monday and Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Estimated delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays.
In order to purchase goods from Action Sheetmetal & Roofing, the delivery address, which you nominate, must be correct. Action Sheetmetal & Roofing will not be obliged to deliver goods if an incorrect address is provided. We accept responsibility for product up to the point of delivery of the product to the address specified in your order. We will not take any responsibility for the product after the product has been delivered to the address specified in your order. Product will usually be delivered during normal business hours. We recommend you specify an address where you can receive the order in person.
Shipping will be calculated based on courier, weight and location upon confirmation of your order.

Action Sheetmetal & Roofing accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and the exact weight and price of each product is known.
Receipt of Goods
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Action Sheetmetal & Roofing to be authorised to receive the goods. We suggest that you be at the delivery address to receive your delivery.
Upon delivery, the Goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing the Customer of how to collect the Customer's parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by the delivery service for their maximum hold time. Should the Customer not respond to a calling card and the parcel is returned to Action Sheetmetal & Roofing as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Non delivery of Goods
Where you believe that an item, which was ordered by you, has not been delivered and you wish to report the non-delivery, you must notify Action Sheetmetal & Roofing of the non-delivery no later than 24 hours after the selected delivery window.
